Due to recent banking developments, bank transfer (ACH) deposits and withdrawals from Signature Bridge Bank were paused on Thursday, March 23, 2023 and have been restored. You attempted to make a deposit during this downtime, for which we erroneously pre-credited your account. As the deposit ultimately failed to process, the pre-credited amount became a balance due on your account, which then automatically triggered the email you received.
Our teams worked through this transition to restore functionality to your account on the shortest possible timeline. Rest assured that we did not auto-liquidate your crypto assets.
- If you have a sufficient USD balance to cover the balance due, we will automatically debit the failed transaction amount; no action is required on your part.
- If you do not have a sufficient USD balance to cover the balance due, you can either (a) liquidate assets for USD in the amount of the failed deposit or (b) resubmit the failed deposit request.
ACH bank transfer functionality has been restored and all other Binance.US services are functioning normally.
