Distribution will be made directly to qualifying participants’ Wallet addresses within 90 days of the activity ending. Please ensure you supply us with the correct address. If you supply us with the wrong address, you will not be able to alter it after and your prize will be forfeited.

OVERVIEW
From time to time, BAM Trading Services Inc. d/b/a Binance.US (“Binance.US” or “Sponsor” or “we”) offers giveaways (“Sweepstakes”) for individuals to win certain prizes. We advertise our Sweepstakes through various means, depending on the type of Sweepstakes and the channels we use. You can find out about them on Binance.US, or through Binance.US’ social media channels, which include Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Discord, YouTube, and others.
By participating in a Sweepstakes, each Entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules, any additional terms included in the Sweepstakes advertisement (the “Additional Terms”), and the decisions of Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all respects. Sponsor is responsible for the collection, submission, or processing of entries and the overall administration of the Sweepstakes. For any questions, comments or problems related to the Sweepstake,. Binance.US may be reached by submitting a ticket to Customer Service at https://support.binance.us/hc/en-us/requests/new during the Promotion Period.
If there is a conflict between these Official Rules and the Additional Terms, the Additional Terms will govern.
ELIGIBILITY
The Sweepstakes and each prize is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, whichever is older) upon entry (each, an “Entrant”). Sponsor and its parent, affiliates, subsidiaries and advertising and promotion agencies and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents (the “Promotion Entities”), are ineligible to enter the Sweepstakes or win a prize. Household Members and Immediate Family Members of such individuals are also not eligible to enter or win. “Household Members” shall mean those people who share the same residence at least three months a year. “Immediate Family Members” shall mean parents, step-parents, legal guardians, children, step-children, siblings, step-siblings, or spouses.
At times, a Sweepstakes may require that Entrants have a Binance.US account. A Binance.US account can be opened at no cost at binance.us or by downloading the app from the appropriate app store. Please note that Binance.US does not offer its products or services in NY, TX, VT, and HI. If creating a Binance.US is a requirement for entry, residents of these States will not be able to participate in the Sweepstakes.
PROMOTION PERIOD
The start and end dates and times of the Sweepstakes (the “Promotion Periods”) are defined in the Additional Terms. All entries must be received during the Promotion Period and meet all other requirements in these Official Rules and the Additional Terms to be eligible to win a prize. Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for the Sweepstakes.
HOW TO ENTER
To enter, follow the instructions in the Additional Terms during the Promotion Period. If entries are to be submitted through social media channels, you must have an account for that social media platform. All social media platforms that Binance.US uses to launch Sweepstakes are free to join. If the Additional Terms require the use of a hashtag or hashtags to enter the Sweepstakes, any entries that do not include the hashtag(s) will not be eligible to win.
Additional rules and eligibility criteria may be communicated through other channels. Sponsor reserves the right to change the terms of the Sweepstakes at any time due to changing market conditions, risk of fraud, or any other factors Sponsor deems relevant. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any Entrants or transactions that show signs of fraudulent behavior or otherwise at Sponsor’s discretion. This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
FURTHER RESTRICTIONS
Any attempt by Entrant to obtain entries fraudulently or to exceed entry limits by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations, logins or any other methods will void Entrant’s entries, and that Entrant may be disqualified. Final eligibility for the award of any prize is subject to eligibility verification as set forth below. All entries must be completed by the end of the Promotion Period in order to participate. Sponsor’s computer clock will be the official timekeeper for these Sweepstakes.
PRIZES AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE
The prize(s), prize value(s), and number of winners are specified in the Additional Terms.
Exact items awarded will be at the sole discretion of Sponsor. Prizes are not redeemable for cash and are not assignable or transferable. Any difference between the approximate retail value and actual value will not be awarded. If any portion of a Prize is not available for any reason, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute that portion of the Prize with another Prize element of comparable or greater value, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Winners will be responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes associated with claiming a Prize.
WINNER SELECTION
The Winners of the Sweepstakes, for the Prizes, will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
The random drawing will be conducted by Sponsor or its designated representatives, whose decisions are final. Odds of winning will vary depending on the number of eligible entries received.
WINNER NOTIFICATION
Each potential winner will be notified via email or direct message on the social media platform through which they entered the Sweepstakes, on or about the date specified in the Additional Terms. Potential winners must reply within 48 hours to claim the prize. Sponsor is not responsible for any delay or failure to receive notification for any reason, including winners’ failure to adequately monitor any account. Any winner notification not responded to or returned as undeliverable may result in prize forfeiture. To the extent permissible under applicable law, the potential prize winner may be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and release of liability, and a publicity release (collectively, the “Prize Claim Documents”) as a condition of receiving the prize. No substitution or transfer of a prize is permitted except by Sponsor.
PRIVACY
Any personal information supplied by you will be subject to the privacy policy of Binance.US posted at https://www.binance.us/en/privacy-policy. By entering the Sweepstakes, you grant Sponsor permission to share your personally identifiable information with the other Sweepstakes Entities for the purpose of administration and prize fulfillment, including use in a publicly available winners list.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Sponsor assumes no responsibility or liability for (a) any incorrect or inaccurate entry information, or for any faulty or failed electronic data transmissions; (b) any unauthorized access to, or theft, destruction or alteration of entries at any point in the operation of this Sweepstakes; (c) any technical malfunction, failure, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, camera, computers or providers utilized in any aspect of the operation of the Sweepstakes; (d) inaccessibility or unavailability of any network or wireless service, the Internet or website or any combination thereof; (e) suspended or discontinued Internet, wireless or landline phone service; or (f) any injury or damage to participant’s or to any other person’s computer or mobile device which may be related to or resulting from any attempt to participate in the Sweepstakes or download of any materials in the Sweepstakes.
If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned for reasons which may include, infection by computer virus, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which may corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes in whole or in part. In such an event, Sponsor shall immediately suspend all drawings and prize awards, and Sponsor reserves the right to award any remaining prizes in a manner deemed fair and equitable by Sponsor. Sponsor and the Sweepstakes Entities shall not have any further liability to any participant in connection with the Sweepstakes.
ENTRANT AGREES THAT SPONSOR’S MAXIMUM AND AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE OFFICIAL RULES FROM ANY CAUSE OF ACTION WHATSOEVER, REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF ACTION, WILL NOT EXCEED TEN DOLLARS ($10). IN NO EVENT SHALL SPONSOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR SPECIAL DAMAGES OF ANY NATURE WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS OR REVENUE.
WINNER’S LIST
For the name of the Sweepstake Winners or a copy of the Official Rules, send a self-addressed stamped envelope for receipt no later than thirty (30) days of the drawing to Binance.US at 252 NW 29th Street, 9th Floor, Suite 905, Miami, FL 33127.
