SPONSOR
The Sponsor of the Valentine’s Day Crypto Box Giveaway (“Sweepstakes”) is BAM Trading Services Inc. d/b/a Binance.US (“Binance.US”). By participating in the Sweepstakes, each Entrant (defined below) unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all respects. Sponsor is responsible for the collection, submission, or processing of entries and the overall administration of the Sweepstakes. For any questions, comments or problems related to the Sweepstakes. Sponsor may be reached by submitting a ticket to Customer Service at https://support.binance.us/hc/en-us/requests/new during the Promotion Period.
ELIGIBILITY
The Sweepstakes and each prize is open only to Binance.US account holders who have passed identity verification and who are legal residents of every jurisdiction in which the Binance.US platform is available to individual users in the United States, without limiting the foregoing, excluding residents of Hawaii, New York, Texas, and Vermont, who are the greater of (i) eighteen (18) years of age or (ii) the minimum age required to enter the Sweepstakes in their jurisdiction (each, an “Entrant”). Sponsor and its parent, affiliates, subsidiaries and advertising and promotion agencies and all of its officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents (the “Promotion Entities”), are ineligible to enter the Sweepstakes or win a prize. Household Members and Immediate Family Members of such individuals are also not eligible to enter or win. “Household Members” shall mean those people who share the same residence at least three months a year. “Immediate Family Members” shall mean parents, step-parents, legal guardians, children, step-children, siblings, step-siblings, or spouses.
PROMOTION PERIOD
The Sweepstakes begins on February 10, 2023 at 12:00 AM EST and ends on February 14, 2023 at 11:59 PM EST (the “Promotion Period”).
HOW TO ENTER
Send a Crypto Box: Use the link provided on the Valentine’s Day Crypto Box Giveaway landing page to send a Crypto Box to friends or family.
Free Alternative Method of Entry: To enter without sending a Crypto Box, you may earn one (1) entry by doing ONE of the following:
- Follow the Sponsor’s official Twitter account @BinanceUS with the Entrant’s personal Twitter account; and
- Comment with your favorite thing about Binance.US, including the hashtags #Binance.US and #Sweepstakes
- Follow Sponsor’s official Instagram account @BinanceUS; and
- Comment on the Sweepstakes post designated by the official Sponsor with your favorite thing about Binance.US, including the hashtags #Binance.US and #Sweepstakes
- Follow the Sponsor’s official Facebook account @BinanceUS with the Entrant’s personal Facebook account; and
- Comment on the Sweepstakes post designated by the official Sponsor with your favorite thing about Binance.US, including the hashtags #Binance.US and #Sweepstakes
Limit one (1) entry per person, per email address and/or Binance.US account throughout the Sweepstakes Period. Entries received in excess of this stated limitation will be void.
Additional rules and eligibility criteria may be communicated through other channels. Sponsor reserves the right to change the terms of the Sweepstakes at any time due to changing market conditions, risk of fraud, or any other factors Sponsor deems relevant. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any Entrants or transactions that show signs of fraudulent behavior or otherwise at Sponsor’s discretion. This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
FURTHER RESTRICTIONS
Any attempt by Entrant to obtain entries fraudulently or to exceed entry limits by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations, logins or any other methods will void Entrant's entries, and that Entrant may be disqualified. Final eligibility for the award of any prize is subject to eligibility verification as set forth below. All entries must be completed by the end of the Promotion Period in order to participate. Sponsor’s computer clock will be the official timekeeper for the Sweepstakes.
PRIZES AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE
The first 100 users who either (1) send a Crypto Box) OR (2) make a qualifying post to social media during the Promotion Period will each receive a Crypto Box with a mystery amount of Bitcoin (BTC). Aggregate approximate retail value of the prizes is $500.
Winners must have a valid Binance.US account to redeem the Prize. Exact items awarded will be at the sole discretion of Sponsors. Prizes are not redeemable for cash and are not assignable or transferable. Any difference between the approximate retail value and actual value will not be awarded. If any portion of a Prize is not available for any reason, Sponsors reserve the right to substitute that portion of the Prize with another Prize element of comparable or greater value, as determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion. Winners will be responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes associated with claiming a Prize.
WINNER NOTIFICATION
Sponsor will notify the Winners within a week of the Sweepstakes’ conclusion via push notification on the Binance.US mobile app & email. The push notification & email will include a claim code for the Crypto Box. Please note that claim codes for the Crypto Box will expire at the end of 48 hours. Sponsor is not responsible for any delay or failure to receive notification for any reason, including winners’ failure to adequately monitor any account. Any winner notification not responded to or returned as undeliverable may result in prize forfeiture. To the extent permissible under applicable law, the potential prize winner may be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and release of liability, and a publicity release (collectively, the “Prize Claim Documents”) as a condition of receiving the prize. No substitution or transfer of a prize is permitted except by Sponsors.
PRIVACY
Any personal information supplied by Entrants will be subject to the privacy policy of Binance.US posted at https://www.binance.us/en/privacy-policy. By entering the Sweepstakes, Entrant grants Sponsor permission to share their personally identifiable information with the other Sweepstakes Entities for the purpose of administration and prize fulfillment, including use in a publicly available winners list.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Sponsor assumes no responsibility or liability for (a) any incorrect or inaccurate entry information, or for any faulty or failed electronic data transmissions; (b) any unauthorized access to, or theft, destruction or alteration of entries at any point in the operation of this Sweepstakes; (c) any technical malfunction, failure, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, camera, computers or providers utilized in any aspect of the operation of the Sweepstakes; (d) inaccessibility or unavailability of any network or wireless service, the Internet or website or any combination thereof; (e) suspended or discontinued Internet, wireless or landline phone service; or (f) any injury or damage to participant’s or to any other person’s computer or mobile device which may be related to or resulting from any attempt to participate in the Sweepstakes or download of any materials in the Sweepstakes.
If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned for reasons which may include, infection by computer virus, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which may corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes in whole or in part. In such event, Sponsor shall immediately suspend all drawings and prize awards, and Sponsor reserves the right to award any remaining prizes in a manner deemed fair and equitable by Sponsor. Sponsor and the Sweepstakes Entities shall not have any further liability to any participant in connection with the Sweepstakes.
ENTRANT AGREES THAT SPONSOR’S MAXIMUM AND AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE OFFICIAL RULES FROM ANY CAUSE OF ACTION WHATSOEVER, REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF ACTION, WILL NOT EXCEED TEN DOLLARS ($10). IN NO EVENT SHALL SPONSOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR SPECIAL DAMAGES OF ANY NATURE WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS OR REVENUE.

These Sweepstakes are in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Inc., Instagram, Inc., Discord Inc., Twitter, Inc., Reddit Inc., Telegram Messenger LLC, and YouTube LLC. You understand that you are providing your information to Sponsor and not to Facebook, Instagram, Discord, Twitter, Reddit, and YouTube. By participating via the Facebook, Instagram, Discord, Twitter, Reddit, and YouTube platforms, participants are also subject to the respective platforms’ privacy policies and terms of use.
