This brief tutorial will show you how to link your bank account manually via your bank routing and account numbers. This is only necessary if your bank is not available as an option in the regular ACH payment menu.
If you are already at the bank selection screen and cannot find your bank, skip to step 5 below.
If you already initiated the ACH micro-deposit process, please click here to learn how to verify the micro-deposits.
Note: All billing information must be up to date and must match the name on your BAM Account.
The first step is to manually connect your ACH payment method through Plaid:
Step 1: Log in to your account.
Step 2: Visit the payment method page.
Step 3: Select the "ACH" payment method.
Step 4: A Plaid window will appear. Click the continue button to proceed.
Step 5: Inside of the Search bar, type manual or followed by "Link with account numbers."
Step 6: Enter your bank credentials in the Plaid window to connect your bank with your Binance.US account. Click the continue button.
Step 7: Type in the name of your bank institution followed by the account type (Checking or Savings).
Step 8: Complete the connection process by selecting the account type (Personal or Business). On the next screen, enter your routing number and then continue to the final screen where you'll enter your account number.
Step 9: The next step is to authorize two small deposits from Plaid. They will deposit two small amounts (less than $0.99) into the ACH account you just connected. Check your bank statements over the next three business days for these deposits.

Once you've received these deposits, come back to the Binance.US payment method page to finalize the ACH account connection process. Select "ACH" and you will be prompted to enter the deposit amounts and complete the process. You can view detailed instructions on entering your micro-deposit amounts here.
