Don't forget to include the reference code:
The Reference Code can be placed in the memo, comments, or "Instructions for Beneficiary" section. Should you forget to include reference code on the bank authorization form, please note the wire will be automatically rejected by Prime Trust. Please confirm with your bank that the reference code has been entered in the correct area.
If you are not sure where to find the reference code, please refer to your email inbox. You may refer to your email inbox for the Wire Deposit Details receipt.
What happens if my Binance.US account does not match the authorization form?
If the name on the authorization form does not match the name on the Binance.US account, the wire transfer will not be processed and will be rejected. The funds will be returned to the issuing bank the following business day.
Do you accept Domestic Wire via Third-Party?
Our firm does not allow third-party transfers to Binance.US accounts. All third-party transfers will be rejected and returned to the issuing bank.
Do you accept wire transfers from Trust accounts?
Binance.US accepts wire deposits from accounts in a Trust. Users wishing to fund their personal accounts using their Trust account will need to provide signed trust documents stating that they are a Trustee in order to settle wires to their account. The Binance.US account holder's name and the name of the Trustee must match. We urge users to reach out to our Customer Service team to send their Trust documents before sending their wire deposit. Please note your wire will be temporarily held by our payment processor. The funds will remain in hold until we've obtained the necessary information needed to process the transfer.
What if my wire was sent from a joint account?
If you're sending funds from a joint account, please note your wire will be held in suspense by our payment processor. The funds will remain in suspense until we've obtained the necessary information needed to process the transfer. We urge users to reach out to our Customer Service team to send their joint bank account documents before sending their wire deposit. Please note your wire will be temporarily held by our payment processor. The funds will remain in hold until we've obtained the necessary information needed to process the transfer.
What if my wire was sent from a Corporate account to a Personal account?
Wire Transfers sent from a Corporate account to a Personal account will be rejected. Depending on your account type, your wire transfer must originate from an account that matches your name or company name on your Binance.US account. Note that Binance.US currently only support US domestic wires.
What is the timeline for sending a wire, and how soon will I get it?
When depositing a wire, you can refer to the time slots below to indicate when you can expect the wire to be processed. Typically, wires that are processed may take up to 3 business days to be applied to your account:
- Deposits/disbursements created BEFORE 12:00 PM (Pacific Time)
- The wire will be processed the same day.
- The wire will be processed the same day.
- Deposits/disbursements created AFTER 12:00 PM (Pacific Time)
- The wire should process on the following business day.
Deposits initiated on non-business days/hours:
All Wire Transfers authorized during the weekend or holiday will be processed for delivery on the next available business day.
How long will it take for my wire to arrive in my account?
Generally, wire transfers will take a maximum of 3 business days for the deposit to arrive in your Binance.US account. If you do not receive your wire transfer after the third business day, please contact Support.
When withdrawing by Domestic Wire:
The wire will typically return to the recipient bank within 3-5 days after verifying the disbursement. Please ensure that you have entered the routing & account number correctly to avoid any failures with the withdrawal process.
