If your deposit was sent to the wrong address, please contact our customer service team. You may be asked to provide the transaction information (such as TXID), deposit records confirming the transaction, and the return address. Our firm will be required to apply a (0.005 BTC) fee before we can successfully return the assets. Note: If we are unable to recover your assets, this fee will be returned to you.
In some cases Binance.US cannot return assets. Binance.US is not liable for any of your losses if you deposited an asset to an address not owned by Binance.US, deposited an unsupported asset, or deposited an asset using an unsupported chain. If you deposited an asset to an address that is not owned by Binance.US, then Binance.US cannot reverse this transaction or recover your deposit. You will need to contact the owner/support staff of the address that the asset was sent to.
Please refer to Binance.US’s List of Supported Assets before transferring any asset to your Binance.US account. We also recommend initiating a small test transaction and confirming that the asset reaches your Binance.US wallet address before sending larger amounts.
