There's a possibility a chargeback triggered this, or we failed to collect the funds from your bank, leaving your account with a negative balance. Binance.US has an automated system to help protect our customers and ourselves against fraudulent activity.
Here are some reasons that could explain what transpired and how to solve it:
How to know if you have a chargeback:
The moment we're alerted about a chargeback or insufficient funds. You'll receive an email alert with step-by-step instructions on how to settle the dispute. Your deposit & withdrawal history will also explain which deposit was reversed.
When this happens, you'll see an error saying that your withdrawals are suspended due to risk management. This error indicates that our payment provider acknowledges that a chargeback occurred, or we failed to collect the transaction from your bank, leaving your account with a negative balance.
How to restore access:
To regain access to your account, please check your deposit history and email for any chargeback notifications. If you have received one, we'll need you to settle the dispute by making a new deposit and return the appropriate amount here.
