If your account is disabled or deactivated you can reactivate it using one of the following two methods:
1) If you disabled your own account you may be able to reactivate it yourself by answering a series of questions. Follow the link below for instructions on doing so:
2) However if you were previously concerned that your account was compromised or hacked and reached out to support, they may have also disabled your account on the backend for your safety. If this is the case (or if the method above is not working) you should reactivate your account via the support team:
How to Reactivate Your Account Through Questions
*Note: If you previously reached out to support regarding the possibility of your account being breached or compromised, it may be disabled on the backend which will require you to reactivate your account via support.
Otherwise, follow these instructions to reactivate your account yourself:
1. Visit the Binance.US Homepage.
2. Click the "Log In" button, which you can find in the upper right-hand corner.
3. Click "Start answering questions" Note: If you do not see this as an option you may need to reactivate your account via support.
4. Answer the following series of questions and follow the onscreen instructions.
5. Once complete, if answered in accordance with our policy and the information we have on file, your account should be reactivated.
