SPONSOR 

The Sponsor of The Weeknd Giveaway (“Sweepstakes”) is BAM Trading Services Inc. d/b/a Binance.US (“Binance.US” or “Sponsor”). By participating in the Sweepstakes, each Entrant (defined below) unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all respects. Sponsor is responsible for the collection, submission, or processing of entries and the overall administration of the Sweepstakes. Entrants should look solely to Sponsor with any questions, comments or problems related to the Sweepstakes. Sponsor may be reached by submitting a ticket to Customer Service at https://support.binance.us/hc/en-us/requests/new during the Promotion Period.

ELIGIBILITY

The Sweepstakes and each prize is open only to legal residents of every jurisdiction in which Sponsor’s platform is available to individual users in the United States, without limiting the foregoing, excluding residents of Hawaii, New York, Texas, and Vermont, who are the greater of (i) eighteen (18) years of age or (ii) the minimum age required to enter the Sweepstakes in their jurisdiction (each, an “Entrant”). Sponsor, The Weeknd, and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries and advertising and promotion agencies and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents (the “Promotion Entities”), are ineligible to enter the Sweepstakes or win a prize. Household Members and Immediate Family Members of such individuals are also not eligible to enter or win. “Household Members” shall mean those people who share the same residence at least three months a year. “Immediate Family Members” shall mean parents, step-parents, legal guardians, children, step-children, siblings, step-siblings, or spouses.

PROMOTION PERIOD

The Weeknd July Giveaway (the “Sweepstakes”) begins on July 12, 2022  at 00:00 EDT and ends on July 31, 2022 at 23:59 EDT (the “Promotion Period”). The Sweepstakes will be divided into six (6)  entry periods (each an “Entry Period”). Each Entry Period will begin at 00:00 AM ET each day and end at 23:59 PM ET throughout the Sweepstakes Period.

Additional entry periods will be announced at a later date for August and September concert dates.

HOW TO ENTER

There are four (4) methods to enter the Sweepstakes: the Souvenir NFT Redemption Method,  the Account Registration Method, the Social Media Method, and the Mail-In Method. 

Souvenir NFT Redemption Method: If you purchased original tickets from Ticketmaster.com to an After Hours Til Dawn concert, you will be eligible to receive a free Souvenir NFT, which can be redeemed on Binance.US. Users must have or sign up for a Binance.US account and complete identity verification to claim a Souvenir NFT, which is limited to one NFT per user ID (“UID”). It is free to open a Binance.US account. All users who successfully redeem a Souvenir NFT during the Promotion Period will automatically receive one (1) entry. Account Registration Method: You may earn one (1) entry by creating a Binance.US account (signing up is free) and passing requisite Sponsor Know Your Customer and Anti-Money Laundering checks, including at least “Basic Verification,” and otherwise be eligible to open a Sponsor account (including accepting any additional terms and conditions to open such account). Sponsor will post unique registration links for each concert city on its social media channels. Use the link that is assigned to your preferred concert location. You must use one of these unique registration links to be eligible for a Prize. 

Social Media Method:  You may earn up to three (3) entries using the social media method. You must (1) open or have a Sponsor account and pass requisite Sponsor Know Your Customer and Anti-Money Laundering checks, including at least “Basic Verification,” and otherwise be eligible to open a Sponsor account (including accepting any additional terms and conditions to open such account), either prior to entry or within fourteen days of winning the prize package, and maintain that account through the date of prize distribution, and (2) follow the instructions for at least one of the following social media channels:

Twitter:

• Follow the Sponsor’s official Twitter account @BinanceUS with the Entrant’s personal Twitter account;
• Retweet the Sweepstakes post designated by the official Sponsor Twitter account;
• Comment with your favorite @theweeknd song, the location of the concert you wish to attend, and include the hashtag #BinanceUS.

Instagram:

• Follow Sponsor’s official Instagram account @BinanceUS;
• Retweet the Sweepstakes post designated by the official Sponsor Instagram account;
• Comment with your favorite @theweeknd song, the location of the concert you wish to attend, and include the hashtag #BinanceUS.

Facebook: 

• Follow the Sponsor’s official Facebook account @BinanceUS with the Entrant’s personal Facebook account;
• Retweet the Sweepstakes post designated by the official Sponsor Facebook account;
• Comment with your favorite @theweeknd song, the location of the concert you wish to attend, and include the hashtag #BinanceUS.

Entrants may earn up to three (3) entries per Entry Period by posting on all three social media channels. Limit one entry per channel per Entry Period.

Mail-In Method: On a 3" x 5" or similarly sized card, handprint your name, mailing address, telephone number (including area code), email address, date of birth, and preferred concert location, insert 3" x 5" card in a #10 envelope, affix proper postage to envelope and mail to: Attn: Weeknd Giveaway, 9450 SW Gemini Dr, PMB 63001, Beaverton, Oregon 97008-7105 US. Entries must be postmarked and received by the deadlines stated above in order to be eligible for the prize drawing. Mail-in envelopes larger than a #10 envelope and incomplete, illegible, inaccurate or postage due entries will be automatically disqualified. All mailed entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Limit one entry per Entry Period. 

Additional rules and eligibility criteria may be communicated through other channels. Sponsor reserves the right to change the terms of the Sweepstakes at any time due to changing market conditions, risk of fraud, or any other factors Sponsor deems relevant. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any Entrants or transactions that show signs of fraudulent behavior or otherwise at Sponsor’s discretion. This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

FURTHER RESTRICTIONS

Any attempt by Entrant to obtain entries fraudulently or to exceed entry limits by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations, logins or any other methods will void Entrant's entries, and that Entrant may be disqualified. Final eligibility for the award of any prize is subject to eligibility verification as set forth below. All entries must be completed by the end of the Promotion Period in order to participate. Sponsor's database clock will be the official timekeeper for this Sweepstakes.

PRIZES AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE 

Ninety (90) prize packages will be awarded in total, though the number of prizes awarded per Entry period may vary. Each Prize package MAY include one or more of the following, but will vary by concert location:

• One (1) Dawn FM CD autographed by The Weeknd;
• Two (2) tickets to The Weeknd After Hours Til Dawn concert at the location specified for the applicable Entry Period (exact seats to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion);
• Two (2) tickets to an exclusive pre- or post-concert event (where offered; must be 21 years or older to attend).

The approximate retail value of the prize package is $500. TRANSPORTATION AND LODGING NOT INCLUDED IN ANY PRIZE. NOT ALL CONCERT LOCATIONS WILL HAVE A PRE- OR POST-CONCERT EVENT.

Any concert or other event tickets awarded will be forfeited if the winner is unable to travel and/or attend the concert on the designated date. The concert tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. This prize is further conditioned upon all terms and conditions associated with the venue’s ticketing terms and conditions, health and safety requirements, security provisions, and other conditions set forth by the concerned venue. Any expenses or incidental costs not specifically mentioned herein are the responsibility solely of the ticket holder and the ticket holder’s guest. For example, meals, personal charges, security fees, gratuities, parking fees, hotel or transportation charges and travel-related expenses are the responsibility solely of the ticket holder and the ticket holder’s guest.  If the winner is not available to travel/attend the event specified by Sponsor, such holder may forfeit the prize. No responsibility is assumed by Sponsor for canceled, delayed, suspended, or rescheduled events. 

Exact items awarded will be at the sole discretion of Sponsor. Prizes are not redeemable for cash and are not assignable or transferable. Any and all expenses associated with redeeming a Prize are not included and are solely each Winner’s responsibility. Any depiction of a Prize is for illustrative purposes only and may not reflect the actual Prize won. Any difference between the approximate retail value and actual value will not be awarded. If any portion of a Prize is not available for any reason, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute that portion of the Prize with another Prize element of comparable or greater value, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Winners will be responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes associated with claiming a Prize.

WINNER SELECTION

The winners of the Sweepstakes, for the Prizes, will be selected in random drawings from among all eligible entries received for each Entry Period. The random drawings will be conducted on the dates specified above by Sponsor or its designated representatives, whose decisions are final. Odds of winning will vary depending on the number of eligible entries received.

WINNER NOTIFICATION

The Sponsor will notify winners by direct message or email as soon as practicable after the Entry Period has ended. Winners must reply within 24 hours to claim the prize. Sponsor is not responsible for any delay or failure to receive notification for any reason, including winner’s failure to adequately monitor any account. Any winner notification not responded to or returned as undeliverable may result in prize forfeiture. To the extent permissible under applicable law, the potential prize winners may be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and release of liability, and a publicity release (collectively, the “Prize Claim Documents”) as a condition of receiving the prize. No substitution or transfer of a prize is permitted except by Sponsor.

PRIVACY

Any personal information supplied by you will be subject to the privacy policy of the Sponsor posted at https://www.binance.us/en/privacy-policy. By entering the Sweepstakes, you grant Sponsor permission to share personally identifiable information with the other Sweepstakes Entities for the purpose of administration and prize fulfillment, including use in a publicly available winners list.

RELEASE AND DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY

Released Parties (as defined below) are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, stolen, misdirected, undelivered, garbled, illegible or postage-due mail, entries or email; or for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), website, or other connections, availability or accessibility or miscommunications or failed computer, satellite, telephone or cable transmissions, lines, or technical failure or jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions or computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties, or other errors or difficulties of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, computer, network, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes, the processing of entries, the announcement of the prizes or in any Sweepstakes-related materials.  Released Parties are also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by other entrants or site users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes.  Released Parties are not responsible for injury or damage to Entrants’ or to any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participating in this Sweepstakes or downloading materials in connection therewith.  Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the Sweepstakes or who are in violation of these Official Rules, as solely determined by Sponsor, will be disqualified and all associated entries will be void.  Should any portion of the Sweepstakes be, in Sponsor’s sole opinion, compromised by virus, worms, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes which, in the sole opinion of the Sponsor, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play, or submission of entries, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the Sweepstakes and, if terminated, at its discretion, select the potential winners from all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to action taken or as otherwise deemed fair and appropriate by Sponsor. Entrants, by participating, agree that Sponsor, The Weeknd, and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries and advertising and promotion agencies and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents (collectively, “Released Parties”) will have no liability whatever for, and shall be held harmless by Entrants against, any liability, for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind, including death, to persons, or property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of any prize, including any travel or other activity related thereto, or participation in this Sweepstakes.  Each winner, by acceptance of prize, except where legally prohibited, grants permission for Sponsor and its designees to use his/her name, address (city and state), photograph, voice and other likeness and prize information for advertising, trade and promotional purposes without further compensation, in all media (including digital media) now known or hereafter discovered, worldwide in perpetuity, without notice or review or approval. In the event of a dispute regarding entries received from multiple users having the same e-mail account, the authorized subscriber of the e-mail account at the time of entry will be deemed to be the Entrant and must comply with these Official Rules.  Authorized account subscriber is the natural person who is assigned the e-mail address by the Internet Service Provider (ISP), on-line service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR WILL DISQUALIFY ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL AND RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS’ FEES) AND OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

WINNER’S LIST

For names of the Sweepstakes winners or a copy of the Official Rules,, send a self-addressed stamped envelope for receipt no later than ninety (90) days after the last drawing date to Sponsor at 252 NW 29th Street, 9th Floor, Suite 905, Miami, FL 33127.
