This article will teach you how to connect your bank account via ACH, and how to use ACH to deposit USD from your bank account to your Binance.US wallet.
If you've already added an ACH account and are looking to complete a deposit, you can skip to the ACH Deposit section. Otherwise, please begin by learning how to add an ACH Account below.

1. Login to your Binance.US mobile app and tap on the Portfolio tab
2. Tap the Deposit button
3. Select Deposit Cash
4. Select Bank Transfer (ACH)
5. Press Continue to link your bank account with Plaid
6. Search for your and select your bank in Plaid
7. Enter your credentials to link your bank account
8. Your bank account should now be linked to your Binance.US account! Press continue to navigate back to Binance.US and complete a deposit.

1. From the Portfolio tab in your Binance.US app, press Deposit
2. Select Deposit Cash
3. Enter the amount you would like to deposit using the number pad.
If you would like to add or select another bank account/payment method, tap on the payment method on this screen to do so.
4. Review and confirm your deposit
5. You should receive a notice that your Deposit is Successful

1. Navigate to your Payment Methods page
2. Click the Add Payment Method button
3. On the Payment Method page, select the Bank Transfer (ACH) option
4. Enter your phone number to begin Plaid verification
5. Enter the code sent to your phone number
6. Search for and choose your banking institution
7. Click Continue to Login and enter your banking credentials to complete the connection with Plaid
8. Continue through the connection steps with your bank.
Note: Be sure to grant Plaid access to your account information so the connection can be completed. This includes account numbers, names, balances, and contact information.
9. Select the account you would like to connect and click next to complete the connection

1. From your Dashboard, click Deposit
2. Select USD from the list of assets in the pop up window
3. Enter the amount you would like to deposit. Be sure you have your desired payment method selected in the Deposit From section. Afterwards, click Preview Deposit
4. Review the deposit details and check the agreement box. Then click Confirm Deposit to initiate the transaction

1. Follow the steps above regarding checking the status of a USD deposit
2. Locate your failed transaction in your transaction history, select the failed transaction to open the transaction details.
3. Follow the steps outlined by the failure reason to troubleshoot your deposit
If you receive an insufficient funds notice, please check that the deposit amount is available in your connected bank account. Please also confirm that your banking institution did not block the transaction.

Typically, deposits are rejected because there have been too many attempts in short succession. If you plan to make multiple purchases or Buy Crypto orders, we recommend completing a single (larger) USD deposit first, then completing the orders using your Binance.US-USD balance.

Please keep in mind that you cannot withdraw your ACH deposit (in USD or crypto) until 7 days after your deposit is initiated. Learn more here. You may refer to your deposit and withdrawal history to view when your deposit holds expire.

Please ensure that your bank account has a balance of at least 130% of the deposit amount you've entered. This is a requirement from our payment provider to deter overdrafts. Failure to meet this requirement could result in our payment provider denying the deposit
Example: If you deposit $100.00, your ACH account must have a balance of at least $130.00 or higher
Please note: we currently do not allow savings or brokerage accounts to be connected as payment methods.
