The Binance.US BTC Pizza Day Giveaway (the "Giveaway") is sponsored by BAM Trading Services Inc. d/b/a Binance.US, ("Sponsor").

The Giveaway begins on Friday, May 22, 2026 at 7 a.m. Eastern Time and ends on Sunday, May 24, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time (the "Giveaway Period"). Sponsor's computer is the official timekeeping device for this Giveaway.

The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of eligible U.S. jurisdictions who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, have a Binance.US account in good standing, and satisfy all other requirements in these Official Rules. Employees, officers, directors, contractors, representatives, and agents of Sponsor and its affiliates, and members of their immediate families or households, are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

There are two ways to enter, each with an equal chance of receiving a prize.

Method 1: Online Entry. Follow @BinanceUS on X/Twitter, comment on the post with your Binance.US User ID, and deposit $50 or more in cash or crypto into your Binance.US account and hold for 7 days during the Giveaway Period.

Method 2: Mail-In Entry. Hand-print your full legal name, mailing address, date of birth, email address, and Binance.US User ID on a 3" x 5" postcard and mail it to:

Postcards must be handwritten, postmarked during the Giveaway Period, and received by Sponsor no later than Wednesday, May 27, 2026. Mechanically reproduced or photocopied entries are not eligible.

Limit one entry per person, regardless of method. Duplicate, automated, incomplete, or noncompliant entries may be disqualified. Sponsor is not responsible for entries that are lost, late, misdirected, illegible, or damaged.

For purposes of this Giveaway, a qualifying deposit means a completed and settled deposit of $50 or more in cash or crypto into the participant's Binance.US account during the Giveaway Period. Deposits that are failed, cancelled, reversed, returned, charged back, fraudulent, or otherwise invalid will not count as qualifying deposits. Sponsor may exclude deposits or account activity that Sponsor determines, in its sole discretion, were made to manipulate or abuse the Giveaway.

Up to two hundred fifty (250) eligible recipients will each receive fifteen dollars ($15) in Bitcoin (BTC), credited to their Binance.US account. Approximate retail value of each prize: $15. Total approximate retail value of all prizes: $3,750. Limit one (1) prize per person, Binance.US account, and User ID. Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution is permitted except by Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value where permitted by law.

The value of BTC may fluctuate. Sponsor will determine the timing and method of BTC crediting in its sole discretion, subject to operational feasibility and applicable law.

Subject to verification, the first two hundred fifty (250) eligible participants who complete all required Giveaway steps under Method 1 or Method 2 and satisfy all eligibility requirements will receive a prize. Sponsor will verify eligibility using the Binance.US User IDs submitted (whether through the Giveaway post comments or by mail-in postcard) and Sponsor's internal account and deposit records.

Potential recipients are subject to verification by Sponsor. If a potential recipient is found to be ineligible, has submitted an invalid or unverifiable User ID, has violated these Official Rules, or is otherwise disqualified, Sponsor may select the next eligible participant according to the approved selection criteria.

Odds of receiving a prize depend on the number and timing of eligible entries received and verified during the Giveaway Period.

Prizes will be distributed within approximately seven (7) days after the Giveaway Period closes and Sponsor has completed eligibility verification. Distribution timing is subject to operational feasibility, account status, and any required compliance review. Recipients must maintain a Binance.US account in good standing to receive a prize.

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any participant or entry that Sponsor determines is associated with fraud, abuse, manipulation, duplicate accounts, duplicate entries, automated activity, invalid User IDs, withdrawal churning, reversed or invalid deposits, violation of Binance.US terms or policies, or any attempt to undermine the legitimate operation of the Giveaway. Sponsor's decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to the Giveaway.

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, legal restrictions, operational issues, market conditions, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Giveaway, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.

All federal, state, local, and other taxes, fees, and costs associated with accepting or using a prize are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Sponsor may require recipients to provide additional information or documentation for tax, compliance, or reward distribution purposes.

By participating, participants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, X/Twitter, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives from and against any claim, liability, loss, damage, injury, cost, or expense arising out of or relating to participation in the Giveaway or acceptance, receipt, use, or misuse of any prize, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, delayed, misdirected, inaccurate, or unverifiable entries; technical failures; platform outages; unauthorized access; account restrictions; or other errors or issues that may affect participation, verification, or prize distribution.

Information collected in connection with the Giveaway, including Binance.US User IDs, may be used by Sponsor to administer the Giveaway, verify eligibility, detect fraud or abuse, distribute prizes, comply with legal obligations, and otherwise as described in the Binance.US Privacy Policy. Participants who choose to enter via Method 1 acknowledge and consent that their Binance.US User ID will be publicly visible as part of their comment on the official Giveaway post.

This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with X/Twitter or any other social media platform. Participants understand that they are providing information to Sponsor and not to X/Twitter.
