What Can I Do If I Sent Crypto To The Wrong Address?

This article offers information about sending crypto to an incorrect address

Updated over a week ago

If you sent assets to an incorrect deposit address—an address that is not owned by Binance.US—we cannot reverse the transaction or recover your deposit.

You will need to contact the owner or support staff associated with the address that the assets were sent to.

Note: Binance.US is not liable for any losses if you deposit an unsupported asset, deposit assets using an unsupported network, or transfer an asset to an address not owned by Binance.US. We recommend initiating a test transaction and confirming that the asset reaches your Binance.US wallet address before sending larger amounts.

Lost Crypto Deposits

If you believe you used the correct deposit address and you're not seeing your deposit, it could be due to several reasons, including entering the wrong address, missing a memo, or network issues.

You can now recover lost crypto deposits to the Binance.US platform without contacting customer support. Learn more about the Deposit Recovery tool

Withdrawals from Binance.US cannot be recovered
