For every successful referral, both you and your friend will receive $10 USD. The total rewards earned will show up on your Referral page. You can spend your USD rewards however you’d like, whether you want to buy crypto or withdraw it.

Eligibility for this Program is limited to individual Binance.US account holders. Institutional account holders are not eligible for this Program.
You will receive rewards for new customers successfully referred to Binance.US (“Qualifying Referrals”). To be a Qualifying Referral, the Referred Customer must (1) use your unique referral link, referral code, or QR code to create a Binance.US account; (2) pass KYC verification; and (3) and make their first crypto buy(s) or trade(s) totaling $100 or more within 30 days of account verification [based on UTC time zone]. In such an event, you and the Referred Customer will each receive a $10 reward for that Qualifying Referral. To be a Qualifying Referral, the Referred Customer must not previously have had an account with Binance.US.
Payouts are immediately given after the referee meets tier requirements.
Qualified buys include purchase orders placed on our Buy Crypto page. The total dollar amount of the crypto buy counts towards the $100 total. Qualified trades include trades placed on our Spot Market trading pairs. The total trading volume accrued across spot market trading pairs counts towards the $100 total.
For every Qualified Referral, both you and the referred customer will receive $10. Referral rewards will be subject to a 7-day withdrawal hold. As a Referrer, you are responsible for any and all tax liability resulting from Referral Rewards.

We reserve the right to disqualify you from participation in the Program at any time at our sole and reasonable discretion, including for failure to comply with the Program Terms or Binance.US’s Terms of Use; for suspected fraudulent activity, direct or indirect; and for violation of any applicable laws or regulations, including those prohibiting unsolicited commercial email or “spam.” You will not be eligible to accrue or receive any Rewards if your Referral activity is found to be fraudulent, abusive, unethical, suspicious, or otherwise inconsistent with the Program Terms or Binance.US’s Terms of Use. In such an event, any such amounts shall remain the property of Binance.US.
We reserve the right to cancel, modify or amend the Program and/or the methods through which rewards are earned in our sole discretion and at any time.
