You will receive an email once your account is verified, or your verification application will be reset and you will be asked to resubmit new documents. You can also check in on the status of your verification any time from the Basic Info page in your settings. Generally, the review process for submitted documents typically takes 48-72 hours. If your account still shows as 'reviewing,' log out and back in to refresh your account status. Please allow us time to review your application, especially during periods of high submission volumes.
Please do not file multiple support tickets as this will not speed up the verification process and could potentially delay verification. Filing duplicate tickets may create redundant cases, which can slow down the resolution of your requests.
Verification Scenarios
Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) Reset Requests For users requesting a reset of their two-factor authentication, the review process takes 48-72 hours. You will receive email updates upon completion of the request.
Account Verification While Traveling Users attempting verification while traveling outside the United States may need to ensure they are not using a VPN and are connected to a US server. Additionally, providing the required documentation is essential for manual verification.
