Binance.US will launch staking rewards for EOS on Thursday, October 22nd, 2020, at 9:00 am EST / 6:00 am PST. No action is needed for users already holding EOS in their wallet to begin earning rewards. EOS/USD and EOS/BUSD trading pairs are already available to trade on the Binance.US app, website, and API.
Binance.US takes hourly snapshots of the user’s EOS balances to calculate rewards. Rewards are calculated daily and distributed monthly. Distributions for EOS will be completed before the 20th of each month.
Daily EOS generated by each user = Daily total EOS generated by Binance.US * User EOS holdings ratio1
Note:
EOS balances under 50 EOS (including those in trade orders) will not be included in the daily EOS calculations.
EOS generation is calculated daily but distributed monthly. Distributions will be completed before the 15th of each month.
Binance.US will begin calculating EOS from 10/22/2020.
