*Please note: For some financial institutions you may be required to reauthenticate your ACH account via Plaid before making a deposit. This can also be caused by changing credentials with your bank. In either case, you will receive a reauthentication alert when attempting to deposit. Once you accept Reauthentication you will be taken back through the very brief Plaid connection process (outlined in steps 4 to 7 below). You will then be able to proceed with your ACH deposit.
This article will explain how to rebind or reauthenticate your ACH account through Plaid (should you need to) by using your online banking credentials. If you're having trouble or are curious about how to add an ACH account using bank routing & account numbers, please click here.
