What is Biconomy (BICO)?
Biconomy is a multi-chain relayer infrastructure designed to help users seamlessly access dApps, or decentralized apps, across different blockchains. Developers can use Biconomy’s Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) and Software Development Kits (SDKs) to simplify the Web3 experience for users. By serving as a verification and settlement layer across supported blockchains, Biconomy aims to make the Web3 experience as simple and streamlined as conventional Web 2.0 experiences.
BICO is an ERC20 token that serves as the native payment, staking, and governance token of the Biconomy ecosystem. Additionally, developers who deploy dApps via Biconomy have the option of accepting in-app payments in BICO and other supported ERC20 tokens using Forward, an easily integrated swap protocol.
