How to Deposit & Withdraw via Wire

This article provides instructions to deposit USD using a Wire.

Wire deposits and withdrawals for retail customers are temporarily unavailable.

This article guides customers through the steps to add a wire payment method, as well as complete both wire deposits and withdrawals.

  1. Go to your wallet page and click Deposit.

  2. Click Deposit Cash. Carefully review the safety pop-up and acknowledge its contents before clicking Continue.

  3. Enter your deposit amount and select Wire Transfer under Deposit from, then click Preview.

  4. Check the agreement box, then click View Details to continue.

  5. Carefully review the wire deposit instructions and follow the onscreen instructions carefully before initiating a wire transfer from your bank account.

Important: Ensure you enter the correct reference code in the bank message when making the wire, this is what will be used to match your deposit.

Please use one of these formats when adding your reference code:

  • Option 1: Reference Code

    • Example: 123456

  • Option 2: Reference Code;Description

    • Ensure you use a semi-colon

      • Example: 123456;Description Here

Not following one of these formats can cause the wire deposit to be rejected.

How to Deposit USD via Wire on Mobile

  1. Login to your Binance.US mobile app and tap on the Portfolio tab and select Deposit.

  2. Select Deposit Cash
    ​

  3. Read through the safety notice and select Continue. You can hide this message for 60 days.
    ​

  4. If you have a current ACH method connected, skip to Step 5. If you do not have a current ACH listed, select Wire Transfer. Proceed to Step 6.
    ​

  5. If you have an ACH payment method connected, select your ACH. Then select Add New Payment Method then Wire transfer.
    ​

  6. Carefully review the wire deposit instructions and follow the onscreen instructions carefully before initiating a wire transfer from your bank account.

Important: Ensure you enter the correct reference code in the bank message when sending the wire, this is what will be used to match your deposit.

How to Add a Wire Account as a Payment Method

Before you can withdraw funds via wire, you'll need to register your bank details by adding a new Wire Account to your payment methods.

  1. Sign in to your Binance.US account and navigate to the top right corner. Select Payment Methods from the dropdown menu.

  2. Click the Add Payment Method button on the right.
    ​

  3. Select Wire transfer to continue and agree to the Terms of Use if you are adding a wire transfer payment method for the first time.
    ​

  4. Enter your bank details (your bank’s address, bank account number, and wire routing number) and your personal address. then click Next to proceed.
    ​

  5. Navigate back to the Link Payment Method page. You may see a pending status on your wire account in linked payment methods.

  6. Once approved, the pending status will disappear and you will be able to complete your first wire withdrawal.

Please ensure you enter your Wire Routing Number. If you are unsure of this number, please contact your bank to confirm.

  2. Select Add A Payment Method.

  3. Select Wire transfer to continue and agree to the Terms of Use if you are adding a wire transfer payment method for the first time.

  4. Enter your bank details (your bank’s address, bank account number, and wire routing number) and your personal address. then click Next to proceed.
    ​

  5. Navigate back to the Link Payment Method page. You may see a pending status on your wire account in linked payment methods.

  6. Once approved, the pending status will disappear and you will be able to complete your first wire withdrawal.

Note: Make sure you have a minimum balance of $100 USD

  1. Navigate to your wallet and click Withdraw.

  2. Select Withdraw Cash

  3. Select the bank account that you want to withdraw to.

  4. Confirm the Wire Withdrawal.
    ​

  5. Complete two-factor authentication to confirm your withdrawal.
    ​

  6. Your withdrawal has been initiated and may take 2-5 business days to process.

How to Withdraw USD via Wire on Mobile

Note: Make sure you have a minimum balance of $100 USD

  1. Login to your Binance.US mobile app and tap on the Portfolio tab and select Withdraw.

  2. Select Withdraw Cash

  3. Type in the amount you would like to withdraw and select the wire payment method. Then confirm your withdrawal.

  4. Complete two-factor authentication to confirm your withdrawal.

  5. Your withdrawal has been initiated and may take 2-5 business days to process.

  • What happens if I forget to include my Reference Code? Your wire will be rejected and returned to the sending bank account.
