How this impacts you
During this system upgrade, all Binance.US products and services will be temporarily unavailable. You may encounter loading screens, delayed responses, or errors on the BInance.US website and app.
Rest assured that your account and funds are safe during this scheduled upgrade, and you will be able to promptly access your account after the upgrade is complete.
Account access will be temporarily unavailable. You will not be able to log in to your account or check your balances, access our website, mobile app, or trading APIs.
Deposits & withdrawals will be temporarily unavailable for all cryptocurrencies and U.S. Dollars (USD). Deposits made or in progress during the upgrade will NOT be credited to your account. You will lose any deposits made on or after November 23, 2025 at 1 a.m. EST while the upgrade is in progress.
Buy & Sell, Convert, and OTC will be temporarily unavailable. Auto-buy orders that are scheduled to be completed during the upgrade will still take place, though related notifications may be delayed.
Advanced (Spot) Trading will be temporarily unavailable and we encourage you to review and cancel any open orders before the upgrade begins. Please note that open Advanced Trading orders will NOT be automatically canceled. While you will not be able to place new orders during the upgrade, existing open orders may still fill, and related notifications may be delayed.
