IMPORTANT: Only withdrawals are affected. You can continue to log in, check your balances, deposit, and trade as usual during the upgrade.
If you submit a withdrawal request while the upgrade is in progress, it will be processed once withdrawals resume. There is no need to cancel or resubmit it.
Binance.US will perform a scheduled upgrade beginning November 6, 2026 at 8 PM ET. During the upgrade, withdrawals on Binance.US will be temporarily paused for up to 15 hours and may resume sooner.
IMPORTANT: Only withdrawals are affected. You can continue to log in, check your balances, deposit, and trade as usual during the upgrade.

What is affected
Cryptocurrency withdrawals will be temporarily paused on Binance.US.
Cryptocurrency withdrawal requests submitted during the upgrade will be queued and processed once withdrawals resume.
Select Binance.US Wallet features may be temporarily unavailable during the upgrade.
What is not affected
All other Binance.US services will continue to operate normally during the upgrade, including:
Account access: You can log in, check your balances, and use the Binance.US website, app, and APIs.
Deposits: USD and cryptocurrency deposits will be credited as usual.
Trading: Buy & Sell, Convert, and Advanced (Spot) Trading remain available. Open orders will not be cancelled.
Customer support: Live support remains available.
After the upgrade
Cryptocurrency withdrawals are expected to resume by Saturday, November 7 by 11 AM ET. Once withdrawals resume, any requests submitted during the upgrade will be processed.
