The Sponsors of the Binance.US Referral Program Relaunch Promotion

(“Sweepstakes”) i.e. BAM Trading Services Inc. d/b/a Binance.US (“Binance.US”). By participating in the Sweepstakes, each Entrant (defined below) unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all respects.

Binance.US is responsible for the administration of the Sweepstakes, including the funding for the Sweepstakes as well as the collection, submission, and processing of entries.

For any questions, comments, or concerns related to the Sweepstakes, Sponsor may be reached by submitting a ticket to Binance.US Customer Service at https://support.binance.us/hc/en-us/requests/new during the Entry Period (defined below).

The Sweepstakes and each prize is open only to Binance.US account holders who are legal residents of a jurisdiction in which the Binance.US platform is available to individual users in the United States, without limiting the foregoing, excluding residents of Alaska, American Samoa, Guam, Connecticut, Georgia, Maine, Northern Mariana Islands, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oregon, Texas, U.S. Virgin Islands, Vermont, and Washington, and who are the greater of (i) eighteen (18) years of age or (ii) the minimum age required to enter the Sweepstakes in the jurisdiction in which they reside (each, an “Entrant”). Sponsor and its parent, affiliates, subsidiaries and advertising and promotion agencies and all of their officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents (the “Promotion Entities”), are ineligible to enter the Sweepstakes or win a prize. Household Members and Immediate Family Members of such individuals are also not eligible to enter or win. “Household Members” shall mean those people who share the same residence for at least three months of the preceding year. “Immediate Family Members” shall mean parents, step-parents, legal guardians, children, step-children, siblings, step-siblings, or spouses.

The Sweepstakes begins on November 24, 2025 at 6 p.m. EST and ends on November 30, 2025 at 6 p.m. EST (the “Entry Period”). All entries must be received during the Entry Period.

To enter the Sweepstakes, Entrant must have a verified, valid Binance.US account and User ID in a supported region and make a “Qualifying Referral” (defined below). 1 Qualifying Referral = 1 entry.

Limit one (1) unique winner per email address and/or Binance.US account per each Entry Period. Entries received in excess of this stated limitation will be void.

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

To constitute a Qualifying Referral, the referred customer must (1) be an ‘Eligible Person’ to use the Binance.US services (see the Binance.US Terms of Use); (2) not previously have had an account with Binance.US; (3) use your unique referral link, referral code, or QR code to create a Binance.US account; (4) pass KYC verification; and (5) make their first crypto buy(s) or trade(s) totaling $100 or more within 30 days of account verification [based on UTC time zone].

Additional rules and eligibility criteria may be communicated through other channels. Binance.US reserves the right to change the terms of the Sweepstakes at any time due to changing market conditions, risk of fraud, or any other factors Binance.US deems relevant. Binance.US reserves the right to disqualify any Entrants or transactions that show signs of fraudulent behavior or otherwise at its discretion.

This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

During the Entry Period, every eligible entrant will be collected and (1) unique winner will be picked at random. The aggregate approximate retail value (ARV) of the prize is $250 in Bitcoin (BTC).

The ARV of the Prize represents Binance.US’ good faith determination. This determination is final and binding and cannot be appealed. If the actual value of the Prize turns out to be less than the stated ARV, the difference will not be awarded in cash.

To redeem the Prize, winners must have a verified Binance.US account and reside in a supported state. Exact items awarded will be at the sole discretion of Sponsor. Sponsor Prizes are not redeemable for cash and are not assignable or transferable. Any difference between the approximate retail value and actual value will not be awarded. If any portion of a Prize is not available for any reason, Binance.US reserves the right to substitute that portion of the Prize with another Prize element of comparable or greater value, as determined by Binance.US in its sole discretion. Winners will be responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes associated with claiming a Prize.

Any attempt by Entrant to obtain entries fraudulently or to exceed entry limits by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations, logins or any other methods will void Entrant's entries, and that Entrant may be disqualified. Final eligibility for the award of any prize is subject to eligibility verification as set forth below. All entries must be completed by the end of the Entry Period in order to participate. Binance.US’ computer clock will be the official timekeeper for the Sweepstakes.

This Sweepstakes is a game of chance. The winner will be chosen at random. The potential winner will be notified via the email associated with their Binance.US account, on or about December 5, 2025. Potential winners must reply within 48 hours to claim the prize. Binance.US is not responsible for any delay or failure to receive notification for any reason, including winners’ failure to adequately monitor any account. Any winner notification not responded to or returned as undeliverable may result in prize forfeiture. To the extent permissible under applicable law, the potential prize winner may be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and release of liability, and a publicity release (collectively, the “Prize Claim Documents”) as a condition of receiving the prize. No substitution or transfer of a prize is permitted except by Binance.US.

Any personal information supplied by Entrants will be subject to the privacy policy of Binance.US posted at https://www.binance.us/en/privacy-policy. By entering the Sweepstakes, Entrant grants Binance.US permission to share their personally identifiable information with the other Sweepstakes entities for the purpose of administration and prize fulfillment, including use in a publicly available winners list.

SPONSORS MAKE NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING ANY PRIZE OR YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE SWEEPSTAKES. BY ENTERING THE SWEEPSTAKES OR RECEIPT OF ANY PRIZE, EACH ENTRANT AGREES TO RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS SPONSOR, AND THE PROMOTION ENTITIES FROM AND AGAINST ANY CLAIM OR CAUSE OF ACTION, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, PERSONAL INJURY, NEGLIGENCE, GROSS NEGLIGENCE OR OTHER TORTIOUS CONDUCT, DEATH, OR DAMAGE TO OR LOSS OF PROPERTY, ARISING OUT OF PARTICIPATION IN THE SWEEPSTAKES OR RECEIPT OR USE OR MISUSE OF ANY PRIZE.

Sponsor assumes no responsibility or liability for (a) any incorrect or inaccurate entry information, or for any faulty or failed electronic data transmissions; (b) any unauthorized access to, or theft, destruction or alteration of entries at any point in the operation of this Sweepstakes; (c) any technical malfunction, failure, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, camera, computers or providers utilized in any aspect of the operation of the Sweepstakes; (d) inaccessibility or unavailability of any network or wireless service, the Internet or website or any combination thereof; (e) suspended or discontinued Internet, wireless or landline phone service; or (f) any injury or damage to participant’s or to any other person’s computer or mobile device which may be related to or resulting from any attempt to participate in the Sweepstakes or download of any materials in the Sweepstakes.

If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned for reasons which may include, infection by computer virus, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which may corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, Binance.US reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes in whole or in part. In such an event, Binance.US shall immediately suspend all drawings and prize awards, and Binance.US reserves the right to award any remaining prizes in a manner deemed fair and equitable by Binance.US. Binance.US and the Sweepstakes Entities shall not have any further liability to any participant in connection with the Sweepstakes.

ENTRANT AGREES THAT SPONSOR’S MAXIMUM AND AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE OFFICIAL RULES FROM ANY CAUSE OF ACTION WHATSOEVER, REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF ACTION, WILL NOT EXCEED TEN DOLLARS ($10). IN NO EVENT SHALL BINANCE.US BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR SPECIAL DAMAGES OF ANY NATURE WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS OR REVENUE.

For the name of the Sweepstakes Winner or a copy of the Official Rules, send a self-addressed stamped envelope for receipt no later than thirty (30) days of the drawing to Binance.US at 252 NW 29th Street, 10th Floor, Suite 1014, Miami, FL 33127.
