Please avoid making USD or cryptocurrency deposits to your account during the system upgrade. Deposits made or in progress on or after August 30, 2026 at 8 p.m. PDT / 11 p.m. EDT may NOT be credited to your account and may be lost. |

How this impacts you
During this system upgrade, all Binance.US products and services will be temporarily unavailable. You may encounter loading screens, delayed responses, or errors on the Binance.US website and app.
Rest assured that your account and funds are safe during this scheduled upgrade, and you will be able to promptly access your account after the upgrade is complete.
Account access will be temporarily unavailable. You will not be able to sign up, log in to your account, check your balances, or access our website, mobile app, or trading APIs.
Deposits & withdrawals will be temporarily unavailable for all cryptocurrencies and U.S. Dollars (USD). Please avoid making USD or cryptocurrency deposits to your account during the system upgrade. Deposits made or in progress while the upgrade may NOT be credited to your account and may be lost.
Buy & Sell, Convert, and OTC will be temporarily unavailable. Recurring Auto-buy orders scheduled to run during the upgrade window will not be processed as scheduled and will resume on their normal schedule after the upgrade.
Advanced (Spot) Trading will be temporarily unavailable and we encourage you to review and cancel any open orders before the upgrade begins. Please note that all open orders will be cancelled before the upgrade begins and cancelled orders will NOT be reinstated after the upgrade. All orders, including open, partially filled, or unfilled programmatically placed orders will be permanently cancelled. You will need to place new orders once trading resumes.
Customer support will remain partially available during the upgrade. Automated support via Chat and Phone will remain available to help answer commonly asked questions. However, live support will only be available once the upgrade is complete.
API changes will take effect after the upgrade is completed. More details will be published this week. Bookmark the API Documentation Portal changelog for real-time updates.
After the upgrade
Once services resume, your portfolio's estimated value may temporarily differ from what you expect. Rest assured, this does not change the amount of any asset you hold, only the displayed market value. Please note trading charts may also briefly display irregularities, which will also normalize as trading activity resumes.
We appreciate your understanding as we work to complete this scheduled system upgrade. Services will resume in stages once the upgrade is complete. Some features may become available shortly after others as we bring the platform fully back online. Services are expected to resume on August 31, 2026 before 5 a.m. PDT / 8 a.m. EDT. Please note this timeline is an estimate and subject to change.
