Basic Verification Features and Requirements

Basic verification is all that's needed to get started using some of our most popular features. Completing Basic Verification allows:

You'll need to provide

  • Your full legal name & date of birth

  • Your SSN (Social Security Number) for verification purposes

  • Your current address details (PO boxes not accepted)

You can check your personalized USD deposit and withdrawal limits on your Profile & Limits page. Advanced verification unlocks higher limits.

Advanced Verification Features and Requirements

If you've already passed basic verification, you have the option to add advanced verification. Completing Advanced Verification allows all Basic Verification covers plus:

  • Increased limits for bank transfers

  • OTC trading

You'll need to provide

  • A valid identification document (driver's license, state ID, passport, or work visa)

  • Facial verification via a selfie photo using our automated process
