How to Whitelist Binance.US Emails

This article provides instructions to Whitelist Binance.US emails

Updated over a week ago

If you are having trouble receiving emails from us you may need to whitelist email addresses from Binance.US. This will ensure that you receive any communications we send to you. Please follow the below instructions.


Whitelisting Binance.US Emails Using Gmail

1. Log in to your Google Mail.

2. Click the gear icon near the top right to access the "Quick Settings" menu.

3. Click "See all settings."

4. Click the "Filters and Blocked Addresses," then the "Create a new filter" button.

5. Add the email address listed below (one-by-one) in the “From” field and click the “Create filter” button.

6. Check the box that says “Never send it to spam” and then click "Create filter" once more. Repeat the process for each email you wish to whitelist.

Whitelisting Binance.US Emails Using Outlook

1. Log in to Outlook via your web browser.

2. If you have Beta version turned on, turn it off.

3. Click the Gear icon near the top right to access the "Settings" menu. Then click "View all Outlook settings."

4. Select "Mail," then "Junk email."

5. Under "Safe senders and domains," click "Add" and enter one email address at a time before pressing the "Enter" key. Do this, one-by-one for each email in the list below. Make sure to click the "Save" button after you finish adding all addresses.

Whitelisting Binance.US Emails Using Yahoo Mail

1. Log in to Yahoo Mail via your web browser.

2. Navigate to the "Settings" gear icon in the top right corner. Then, click "More settings" from the Yahoo Mail menu.

3. Select "Filters" and click "Add New Filters" to enter information about the domain name or sender.

4. Change the filter name to "Binance.US."

5. From here, change the "Filter Criterion" to "Contains."

6. Add these email addresses one at a time.

7. After adding each email select "Inbox" under "Choose a folder to move to," and click "Save." Repeat this process for each email address.

Whitelisting Binance.US Emails Using AOL Mail

1. Log in to your AOL account via your web browser.

2. Open "Contacts" from the left navigation pane and click the "New Contact" icon near the top left.

3. Enter these email addresses below (one-by-one) and choose a first and last name for each address (you can put whatever you want). After each entry click the "Add Contact" button located at the bottom of the page.
