I self-disabled my Binance.US account and want to reactivate it, how can I do so?
1. Prepare documents A and B below:
A) An image of yourself, clearly showing your face, while holding a hand-written note stating:
“Binance.US (day/month/year) Reactivate my account associated with (email tied to account)"
B) A photo of your US state-issued ID or passport
2. Contact Binance.US customer support and attach images of the two documents above.
3. Once received, our team will review your account reactivation request and reach out to you if needed.
Note: Please ensure that your documents meet the requirements below. If your documents do not meet these requirements, we will not be able to reactivate your account.
