How to reactivate your account via customer support
1. Prepare these two documents:
- A) An image of yourself, clearly showing your face, while holding a hand-written note stating:
- “Binance.US (day/month/year) Reactivate my account associated with (email tied to account)"
- B) A photo of your US state-issued ID or passport
2. Contact Binance.US customer uspport via this link and attach images of the two documents above.
3. Once received, our team will review your account reactivation request and reach out to you if needed.
