We understand that occasionally you may need help logging into your Binance.US account. Whether you have forgotten or lost access your email address or password, lost your 2FA device, or some combination of factors limiting your ability to login, we are happy to help. Below are common scenarios and the best course of action to regain access to your account.

I forgot my password and need to reset it.

Resetting a forgotten password is easy on Binance.US. Simple follow the instructions in this article: How To Rest A Forgotten Password

As a reminder, resetting your Binance.US password will result in a 48 hour withdrawal lock for the sake of ensuring the security of your account.

I lost my 2FA device and can not login.

If you lost access to your 2FA device and it is hindering your ability to login, you will need to reset your 2FA. To do so, simply follow the instructions in this guide: How To Reset Your 2FA

Specifically, please refer to the section of the guide titled: Reset Two-Factor Authentication to Login via Mobile App

I forgot which email I used to register for my Binance.US account.

If you have multiple email addresses and can not recall which one you used to register for Binance.US, we recommend searching your email inboxes for activity related to Binance.US. Things we recommend searching for are:

  • Binance.US

  • Binance.US Convert Crypto Successful

  • Binance.US Buy Crypto Successful

  • Binance.US Deposit Success Alert

  • Binance.US Successful Login

Whichever inbox search returns emails from Binance.US is likely the email address you used to create your Binance.US account.

I no longer have access to the email address I used to create my Binance.US account.

If you no longer have access to the email address associated with your Binance.US account, DO NOT attempt to create another Binance.US account with a new email address.

Binance.US only allows one account per user (Social Security Number), meaning you will not be able to verify a new account if you already have one. Additionally, creating duplicate accounts will make it harder for our team to assist you.

If you can not access the email address associated with your Binance.US account, please contact our support team so they can assist you.

I forgot my login credentials, can I just create a new Binance.US account?

No. Binance.US only allows one account per customer (Social Security Number). If you have already registered for a Binance.US account in the past, you will not be able to register for or verify additional Binance.US accounts.

If you do not have access to any of your login credentials (email, password, 2FA), please contact our support team for assistance.

I previously disabled my Binance.US account and want to reactivate it, what do I do?

If you previously self-disabled your Binance.US account and you would like to reactivate it, please contact our support team via chat so they can help you. As of today, you can not reactivate your account without the help of our support team.

I previously deleted my Binance.US account and want to restore it, what do I do?
