Whether you have forgotten or lost access your email address or password, lost your 2FA device, or some combination of factors limiting your ability to login, we are happy to help. Below are common scenarios and the best course of action to regain access to your account.

I forgot my password and need to reset it

Resetting a forgotten password is easy on Binance.US. Simple follow the instructions in this article: How To Rest A Forgotten Password Additionally, it is helpful to clear your browser's cache and use an updated browser such as Chrome if you're experiencing difficulties.

As a reminder, resetting your Binance.US password will result in a 48 hour withdrawal lock for the sake of ensuring the security of your account.

I lost my 2FA device and can not login.

If you lost access to your 2FA device and it is hindering your ability to login, you will need to reset your 2FA. To do so, simply follow the instructions in this guide: How To Reset Your 2FASpecifically, please refer to the section of the guide titled: Reset Two-Factor Authentication to Login via Mobile App

For a more detailed guide, you can:

1. Attempt to log in using your username and password.

2. On the 2FA screen, select 'Authenticator Issues' and then "I can't access my Authenticator app anymore."

3. Enter the verification code sent to your registered email.

4. Select a reason for resetting your 2FA and follow the ID verification process.

5. Confirm the reset. Remember, resetting your 2FA will result in a 48-hour withdrawal hold.

I forgot which email I used to register for my Binance.US account.

If you have multiple email addresses and can not recall which one you used to register for Binance.US, we recommend searching your email inboxes for activity related to Binance.US. Things we recommend searching for are:

  • Binance.US

  • Binance.US Convert Crypto Successful

  • Binance.US Buy Crypto Successful

  • Binance.US Deposit Success Alert

  • Binance.US Successful Login

Whichever inbox search returns emails from Binance.US is likely the email address you used to create your Binance.US account.

I no longer have access to the email address I used to create my Binance.US account.

If you no longer have access to the email address associated with your Binance.US account, DO NOT attempt to create another Binance.US account with a new email address.

Binance.US only allows one account per user (Social Security Number), meaning you will not be able to verify a new account if you already have one. Additionally, creating duplicate accounts will make it harder for our team to assist you.

If you can not access the email address associated with your Binance.US account, please contact our support team so they can assist you.

I forgot my login credentials, can I just create a new Binance.US account?

No. Binance.US only allows one account per customer (Social Security Number). If you have already registered for a Binance.US account in the past, you will not be able to register for or verify additional Binance.US accounts.

If you do not have access to any of your login credentials (email, password, 2FA), please contact our support team for assistance.

I previously disabled my Binance.US account and want to reactivate it, what do I do?

If you previously self-disabled your Binance.US account and you would like to reactivate it, please contact our support team via chat so they can help you. As of today, you can not reactivate your account without the help of our support team.

I previously deleted my Binance.US account and want to restore it, what do I do?

Just like disabled Binance.US accounts, you will need to contact our support team to restore a previously deleted account.

My email is not being recognized for recovery

If your email is not recognized during the recovery process, follow these recommendations:

  1. Double-Check for Errors: Ensure that you have entered the correct email address associated with your Binance.US account.

  2. Verify Associate Platforms: Binance.US and Binance.com are separate entities. If your email relates to a Binance.com account, youโ€™ll need to contact Binance.com support for further assistance. Use this link to reach them: https://www.binance.com/en/chat.

SMS code issues

If you are not receiving SMS codes to reset your password:

  1. Verify that your phone number is linked to the correct account.

  2. If it is linked to another account, log in to that account and remove the phone number.

  3. Re-add the phone number to your primary account using guidance from the support article.

Regulatory restrictions

If you can't log in even after resetting your password, it may be due to regulatory restrictions in your state. Check the list of supported states on Binance.US. Stay updated on Binance.US efforts to expand availability by following their announcements or social media channels.
