Can I recover an unsupported asset sent to Binance.US?
Unfortunately, unsupported assets sent to Binance.US are not recoverable. Please exercise caution when sending assets, as they cannot be reversed.
Please consider initiating a test transaction and confirming that the asset reaches your account before sending larger amounts.
Why am I able to send unsupported assets to Binance.US?
Some protocols, for example ERC20, do not allow Binance.US to reject unsupported deposits, and other exchanges or wallets cannot determine if we support a specific asset. Please remember to verify that you are sending to the correct address when depositing cryptocurrencies.
Binance.US’s policy, that it cannot recover unsupported asset transfers, is the same regardless of the protocol upon which the asset is based.
Please review the following article, What Trading Pairs Does Binance.US Offer?, before sending crypto to Binance.US.
Why can't Binance.US send these assets back to me?
The blockchain prevents transfers from being reversed and does not require the receiver to accept the transfer. If the funds were sent from another exchange, this makes it difficult to make sure that the deposit will return to the original sender.
For these reasons, we cannot return unsupported deposits that are sent to Binance.US.
Are there any networks or protocols that would allow me to recover my unsupported assets?
Unfortunately not. Binance.US cannot recover unsupported assets that you attempt to send to the Binance.US platform regardless of the network on which the assets are sent or their protocol. It is for this reason that you must exercise caution prior to initiating a transfer of assets. Below is a non-exhaustive list of common networks that Binance.US does not support:

We reiterate that you must carefully review Binance.US’s list of supported assets and networks prior to initiating a transfer.
