2. Click on your email in the top-right of your screen, and select Security from the drop-down menu.

3. Locate the Device Management section and select Show all Devices.

4. From here, you should be able to view your account’s complete login history, which devices you have been logging in from, associated IP addresses, and the general associated area of the IP addresses.

Security Measures to Prevent Unauthorized Access

Here are proactive steps to safeguard your account:

  • Use Unique Passwords: Avoid reusing passwords across multiple platforms to reduce the risk of breaches.

  • Monitor Login Activity Regularly: Make it a habit to check your device and IP address logs.

  • Verify Email Security: Ensure your email account has strong security protocols, such as 2FA, and check for unauthorized forwarding rules.

  • Secure Your Phone Number: Implement phone port protection with your carrier to guard against SIM-swapping attacks. Additionally, consider changing your password immediately, enabling Two-Factor Authentication (2FA), and reviewing login history for further unauthorized access.

Handling Notifications of Logins from New IP Addresses

You may receive an email notification about login attempts from unfamiliar IP addresses. If the activity appears suspicious:

  • Verify the Login: If the login is unauthorized, immediately change your password.

  • Secure the Account: Follow the procedures outlined above to remove the unauthorized device and further tighten security using 2FA.
