What is Voxies (VOXEL)?
VOXEL is the in-game currency and rewards token of Voxie Tactics, a turn-based roleplaying game that runs on the Polygon network. As a free-to-play blockchain-based game, players collect in-game characters called Voxies, which are issued as NFTs on the Ethereum blockchain. In addition to collecting Voxies, players can buy and craft in-game items, explore “Voxtopia”, complete quests, and defeat enemies. Players receive rewards in the form of cryptocurrency and in-game NFT items that can be bought, sold, traded, or loaned.
VOXEL is issued as an ERC20 token on the Polygon network. While Voxies are issued as NFTs on the Ethereum blockchain, players can use VOXEL to participate in in-game tournaments and buy items like weapons, armor, and accessories for their Voxies. While these in-game items can alter character stats, they do not affect the appearance of the NFTs themselves. Players can earn VOXEL in exchange for completing quests or leveling up their Voxies.
