What is a destination TAG/MEMO?
The TAG/MEMO is a unique identifier assigned to each account that allows Binance.US to identify a deposit and credit the appropriate account. By forgetting the MEMO, your transfer may not arrive at the destination until it's retrieved. Click here to learn more. What coins require a MEMO?
The deposit MEMO is required for the following coins: ATOM, BNB, and XLM.
What coins require a TAG?
The deposit TAG is required for the following coin: XRP
What if I forgot to add a TAG/MEMO?
If you have forgotten the deposit TAG/MEMO to your account, please contact Binance.US support. However, if you've forgotten to include the TAG/MEMO intended for another wallet, please contact the support team's wallet owner.
Is there a fee to recover my deposit?
Yes. Binance.US will charge a fee five times the amount of the withdrawal fee. For information regarding our fees, please refer to our support page.
What if I deposit a coin that Binance.US does not support?
Your assets will remain in the blockchain until our firm is able to support the coin. For more details, please click here.
