If you need to change any personal information on your account (Residential Address, Name, Birthdate, etc.), we must reset your KYC Verification Level. This process will revert your account back to Basic Verification, where you will be able to re-enter the verification information that you need to change.
How to Change Your Personal Information
1. Open a new support ticket.
2. Fill out the ticket form.
3. In the box stating "Please describe your request in detail," you will need to request to reset your account's verification level back to Basic Verification.
4. Click "Submit."
At this point, a customer support agent will reach back out to you to assist further with your request.
Note: If you were Advanced or USD Verified prior to the reset, you must complete verification again by resubmitting documents on your account from your settings page.
