If you are looking to change any personal information on your account (Residential Address, Name, Birthdate, etc.), we must reset your KYC Level. This process will revert your account back to Basic Verification, where you will be able to adjust the information that you need to change.
How to Change Your Personal Information
1. Open a new support ticket.
2. Fill out the ticket form.
3. In the box stating "Please describe your request in detail," you will need to request to reset your account's verification level back to Basic Verification.
4. Click "Submit."
At this point, a customer support agent will reach back out to you to assist you further with your request.
