Launched in 2019, Binance.US was created as a separate and independent company from Binance.com (Global), with the express purpose of serving U.S. customers in compliance with all U.S. laws, rules, and regulations.
If you previously held a Binance.com account that was created prior to the launch of Binance.US, and have yet to collect your crypto, this article will help you do so.
Important: Binance.US and Binance.com are two entirely separate entities. We can not merge any accounts or collect any assets on your behalf. If you reside in the U.S. and would like to use the services offered by Binance.US, you will need to create a new Binance.US account.

If you have crypto in a Binance.com account that you no longer have access to, you will need to contact Binance.com Support in order to gain temporary access to your account. Please note as we are a separate and independent company, only Binance.com has the ability to assist you with accessing your account.
To contact Binance.com support, click here.
Once on the Binance.com support page, opt to Continue as Visitor.
Enter your email address, then click Start Chat as Visitor.
Scroll down and click Get Support.
Type your issue into the chat to populate related topics, then select the topic most closely related.
Request a support agent by typing Agent in the chat window, then clicking OK in the following response.
Once you have reached a support agent, kindly inform them that you are a US resident looking to collect assets from an old Binance.com account.

Important: Binance.US does NOT support all of the same tokens and networks as Binance.com.
Before sending any crypto from your Binance.com account to Binance.US, please ensure that it is supported by reviewing our List of Supported Crypto and Networks page. Additionally, we always recommend sending a smaller test transaction before initiating transfers of higher amounts.
Binance.US can not recover deposits of unsupported crypto, or crypto sent using an unsupported network, even if it was sent from Binance.com.
