1. On the login screen, tap Forgot Password.
2. Enter your email address and press Submit. You will be sent a verification code via email.
3. From your email, copy the verification code and paste it into the app.
4. If you have 2FA methods activated, collect and enter your 2FA codes, then press Submit.
5. Enter a new password. Once finished, confirm the new password.
6. Log in to your account with your new password.

Troubleshooting Common Password Reset Issues
Not Receiving the Verification Email:
Solution: Check your email's spam or junk folder. Ensure you entered the correct email address. If the problem persists, try resending the email, or contact Binance.US support for assistance. Resend the password reset email and wait a few minutes before trying again.
New Password is the same as Old Password
Solution: Ensure your new password is entirely different from the old one. Use a unique combination of letters, numbers, and symbols. You may also try clearing your browser cache or switching to a different web browser if the error persists.
Error: "Old Password Does Not Match"
Solution: Double-check your current password for typos or incorrect characters. Clear your browser cache or switch to a different browser.
Improper Email or Password
Solution: Double-check the email and password entered, paying attention to common typos like ".con" instead of ".com." Ensure you have accepted any new Terms and Conditions by selecting the checkbox during login. Check that you are entering the correct Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) codes. If you're still unable to log in, try accessing Binance.US through an incognito browser session or switching browsers. For persistent access issues, contact Binance.US support.
Unable to Use Google Authenticator
If you’ve lost access to Google Authenticator:
Visit the password reset page and complete the initial steps.
At the 2FA screen, click "Authenticator Issues," and follow the instructions to reset your 2FA.
Verify your identity via emailed code and reconnect your preferred 2FA method.
